HHS and Walgreens collaborate to provide more than $10 million worth of flu shot vouchers for uninsured and underinsured Americans as flu season kicks off.

Cupones para obtener vacunas de la gripe

1. Patient calls: 1 800 925 4733
2. Selects option for Spanish or English
3. Selects option “Otra opción”/”Other option” as the reason for calling
4. Representative will answer the phone in English
5. Patient indicates they don’t speak English, and representative makes the connection with interpreter line
6. It may take a while (patient must be patient)
7. Once communication can happen, representative requests personal information (like name, contact information, insurance information if applies)
8. Patient must indicate if they want to include their children (children’s information will be required)
9. Once approved, voucher is mailed to the patient’s address
10. Voucher can be used at any Walgreens or Duane Reade

3. Seleccionar “Otra opción” como motivo de llamada
4. El representante responderá en inglés
5. El paciente debe indicar que no habla inglés y esperar a ser transferido a la línea de interpretación
6. Puede llevar un poco de tiempo (sea paciente)
7. Una vez que se establece la comunicación, el representante le solicitara la información personal (como nombre, información de contacto, seguro de salud si la tiene)
8. El paciente debe indicar si quiere incluir a los niños (solicitaran información de los niños también)
9. Una vez aprobada la solicitud, el paciente recibirá en su domicilio el cupón
10. El cupón se puede usar en cualquier farmacia de Walgreen o Duane Reade
