According to the 2010 U.S. Census, 25,960 Latinos live in Baltimore city. Centro SOL focuses on the health of Latinos, many of whom have limited access to healthcare.

Centro SOL is committed to promote equity in health and opportunity for Latinos at Johns Hopkins and beyond in partnership with Hopkins faculty, students, staff and groups like the Healthy Community Partnership, and community organizations and advocates.
