Emilio has demonstrated tremendous committement, and passion for his work and the interaction with our scholars this summer. He has been working closely in planning activities, supervising students, and reporting the program. We forsee a very successful future for Emilio who made this an very successful summer.

Emilio Miret

I am a rising sophomore at Johns Hopkins University, majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with minors in Spanish for the Professions and Psychology. I was born and raised in New York, and I am of Spanish and Cuban heritage. I work as a Calculus tutor on campus, and I am part of clubs like the Cognitive Science Society and club baseball. I am also a part of Johns Hopkins Underrepresented in Medical Professions, a group that I am now a mentor for. I aspire to be a forensic pathologist.
